Shipping & Returns

When does my order arrive?

We aim to ship every order within 48-72 hours of receipt. When we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email and your package should be with you in a few days.

Shipping is from Austria, so the delivery time may vary depending on where you live.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Postal delays are not under our control, it may take longer than stated for your order to reach you.

We ship WORLDWIDE:

 

Local (€ 5,-): Austria ​

Zone 1a/b (€ 10,-):

1a: Bordering EU countries (Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary)

1b: Other EU countries and Monaco

Zone 2 (€ 10,-):

Rest of Europe and non-European Mediterranean countries

Zone 3 (€ 15,-):

Western Asia, Africa (northern part) excluding Mediterranean countries, Canada, Marshall Islands, Micronesia and the United States of America with the areas belonging to them ​

 

Zone 4 (€ 20,-):

Africa (southern part), rest of America, South and East Asia

Zone 5 (€ 20,-):

Australia, New Zealand

*Any costs incurred for customs in certain shipping regions must be determined and paid for by yourself.

Return & Exchange

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will take/exchange/return items if they don't match what you ordered, i.e. if you received the wrong size or wrong product.

We are not responsible for any "change of mind" so it is your responsibility to think carefully about and check your order beforehand.

In this case, we will not take back any orders.

Things required for returning items:

1. Please do not return any product without first contacting us so we know what the problem is and what you want to do.

2. The item must be in the condition it was sent by us.

3. The item must be returned unused and with all packaging and tags attached.

4. The item must not be worn or have stains.

5. Returns must be made within 1 week after you receive the order.

* We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages (whether to the buyer or back to us for an exchange/return).
